Educational Consultant Services

  • Refunds for educational consultant services are available only in exceptional cases where a student is refused admission by a university.

  • Application fees are non-refundable.

  • A partial refund of consultation/processing fees may be granted. Please email us at info@studyinfoweb.africa

  • for clarification regarding refund duration and the percentage of fees eligible for refund.

Visa Services

Studyinfoweb Africa  is not responsible for visa collection in your home country. If your visa application is refused, no refund will be provided. However, we may assist you by offering alternative study options elsewhere.

Bookstore Products

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange of language textbooks, you must request it within 30 days of purchase.

  • After 30 days, refunds or exchanges will not be available for books.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  1. The item must be unused (not dirty, oily, or damaged) and in the same condition as when received.

  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  3. Proof of purchase (receipt or online transaction record) is required.

  4. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Non-Refundable Items/Services

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Application fees for universities.

  • Visa-related services or fees.

  • Completed consultation or advisory services.

  • Digital/downloadable products (e.g., e-books, online resources).

  • Shipping or delivery costs (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Sale or discounted bookstore items.
